At IGLU Soft Play, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your soft play equipment isn't the perfect fit for your playroom, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all blocks, mats, and shapes are placed back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned soft play items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
